Acceptance of Terms of Stay :
* Please be mindful of some steps around the premises, the Mahumane Guest House / Owner will not be held liable for any injuries to guests.
* We will endeavour to ensue your belongings are our top priority. We wish to make your aware that Mahumane Guest House / Owner and staff will not be liable or responsible for any damage, loss, or theft . Please ensure that your room is locked should you wish to go out of the room or premises.
* Ensure that noise - levels are kept to a acceptable minimum volume.
* Strictly no pets Allowed .
* Parking at own risk Mahumane Guest House / Owner and staff will not be held liable for any damage to your vehicle or theft there of, or theft of items from the vehicle.
* Guests are allowed to use the washing machine for their own laundry.
* If guests break any items or take any items, without permission they will be liable for paying for those items.
Payment Policy and Cancellations :
* Payment for bookings and any other services which may be charged, shall be payable on arrival, or upfront on booking your accommodation via EFT. Proof of payment to be forwarded to ntomasondo@gmail.com or reception@mahumanegusethouse.co.za. Cancellation of bookings (already paid for upfront within 48Hrs / 2 days of booking will be refunded in full. (exceptions will be made for unforeseen emergencies). If client that has booked and paid has not arrived by 5pm, or does not show up at all and does not cancel by 5pm, will only get a 50% refund. If client does not arrive and does not cancel their booking on time (5pm) there will be no refund. On receipt of a payment for booking, confirmation receipt will be forwarded to the client.
* All major credit/debit cards, EFT and cash are accepted. A copy of your ID/Passport will be required when settling with a credit card. (Dinners and American Express are not accepted)
